| The Greenwich Kennel
Club (GKC) is one of the oldest all-breed dog clubs in the tri-state
area of Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.
Its membership is
comprised of area dog enthusiasts with interest in conformation,
obedience and performance events. GKC held its first annual all-breed
dog show in 1930. Today, this well-established outdoor dog show
is one of the largest held in the New England area. The next all-breed
dog show will be held on June 11, 2011 at Taylor Farm Park in Norwalk, Connecticut.
GKC is a non-profit
organization that supports various animal welfare groups and health research programs through the proceeds of their shows
